This is my very first blog and it the title says it all! It is about my new life as a Female Impersonator, working towards my dreams, and the pursuit of becoming a Queen!
There is a common misconception that those who partake in female impersonation, want to live their lives as a girl. Although that may be true about some of us, it is not always the case, as I enjoy being a guy.
I am also a male model, and love life as a guy! But I also enjoy putting on heels, a wig, lots of makeup, and padding, and being beautiful as a girl! It is an Art Form, and just another part of the performing arts field. I like the fact that I can put on everything and being more beautiful than over half of the real girls around, and then being able to take it all off after the show!
So this blog is made for those of you who are queens yourself, enjoy drag queens, or maybe just curious to see what it really means to be a drag queen. So Follow me on my road to stardom, my road to extravaganza, and be with me every step of the way!
As I said before, I am new to the world of Drag, so of course there is much that needs to be improved upon; such as my stage presence, my makeup artistry, and just becoming a fierce bitch and a force to be reckoned with!
I have only performed on stage a few times. You see I have a fear of being a mess, and want to do the best I can possibly do! But one thing I have learned quite recently, is if I am always worried about what others think I will never be happy! So Follow me in this period of growth and help me find the ambition and drive I need to become the queen I long to be!
Many of my sister queens that I look up to are my Grandmother Dena Cass, My mother Kylie Cass, my second mother or God Mother if you will Chanel Cavalier VanCartier, and of course someone that I think of as my sister, India Love! There are many more who I look up to in the field of Female Impersonation, but I will touch on them a bit later!
